    I recently purchased a replacement pump for my pond fountain I purchased about 7 years ago. Unfortunately I purchased the one with the 30ft cord by mistake. I put in to the warranty department so that I could return it and get a refund but still haven't heard back. In the meantime my fish were unhappy so instead of waiting for word back from H O P about return i ordered another with the 100ft cord. It works just as it is supposed to and the shipping was very fast on both. Just waiting to hear back so that I can return the wrong one.
