We ship products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to AK, HI, Canada or internationally. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. International orders are possible, but customer will be responsible for duties, customs, and extraordinary shipping charges. Freight orders over 150 lbs will ship FedEx, XPO Logistics, or another common carrier

Terminal pick up services are available, Residential and Liftgate services incur an extra charge. Liftgate service is a flat fee of $75.00. Give us a call to schedule it for you. We will ship replacement product to you at no additional cost and resolve the damage claim with the shipper

RETURN POLICY
MOST ORDERS SHIP IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYSIf you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds are issued for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued back to the credit card used for original purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When we authorize the return request we will give you an RMA# to write on the return label. This helps us to promptly process your return and issue your refund.
Half Off Ponds will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original outbound shipping cost and returns shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. Free shipping is for a completed sale only. Once product is returned to warehouse, and passes inspection, a prompt refund will be issued for the product purchase.
