The 2HP blower uses air to agitate the Bio Comb media during backwash, effectively removing debris and preventing clogging or channeling. Pre-plumbed with all fittings and media included, this system features 2" union connections for easy installation. The 6-position multiport valve enables full operational control — Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Recirculate, Waste, and Close — with minimal effort. Visual maintenance aids include a pressure gauge to signal when cleaning is needed and a clear sight glass to confirm backwash completion. The durable filter tank is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term performance in outdoor pond setups.
